Thank you for choosing Barranca Boutique Salon. We want to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable and meets your expectations. To facilitate this, please take a moment to review our salon policies:

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or last-minute changes to your appointment.

    • Cancellations made without 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.

    • Please contact the salon directly by phone to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Contacting your service provider directly does not count as a cancellation.

    • Appointment reminders are sent via email and phone as a courtesy.

  2. Deposit Policy:

    • Deposits are required for all new clients and must be received before booking an appointment.

    • The deposit amount varies depending on the type of service requested.

    • Deposits are non-refundable with less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation or re-booking.

  3. Missed Appointments and Late Arrivals Policy:

    • Guests who miss appointments without prior notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of their scheduled service.

    • Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation fee, depending on the remaining time available.

  4. Correction Service Policy:

    • Guests requiring corrections should contact the Salon Director within 3 days of the service.

    • A consultation appointment will be scheduled with the original stylist to address any concerns.

    • Requests for a different stylist to perform corrections will incur additional charges.

  5. Right to Refuse Service Policy:

    • The salon reserves the right to refuse service if it compromises the safety or integrity of the hair.

    • Recommendations for alternative services may be provided in such cases.

  1. Return Policy:

    • Products purchased in-salon may be exchanged for another product or gift card of equal value within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

  2. Exchange Policy:

    • Exchange or store credit is available within 7 days of purchase for unused products and tools in their original packaging.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • We do not offer cash refunds for products or services.
